Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, non-transparent packaging with no logos or product names. No one can tell where it’s from or what’s inside.

What information do we need?

To complete your order, we only ask for:

• Phone number – for delivery updates (e.g., SMS)
• Email address – so we can send your invoice and confirmation
• Name – feel free to use a nickname.

We do not ask for personal ID numbers or official documents. Your order remains private.

Data Security

Your information is never shared beyond what’s necessary for delivery. Couriers only receive the address and contact info, never the order contents.

Even parcel machine staff or delivery services don’t know what’s in the package.

Secure Payment

All payments are handled through secure platforms (Maksekeskus, bank links). We never see or store your card or account details.
