How to buy

Orders placed on working days before 15:00 are shipped the same day!

If you select the “Pick up in-store” option, please wait for the SMS confirmation before coming to collect your order.

1. About Us

This online store, SEXMAX.ee, is operated by Medianova OÜ (reg. no. 11023932), located at Narva mnt 9, Tallinn, Estonia.

2. Prices

• All prices include 22% VAT
• Prices and discounts apply only to the online store
• Shipping cost is added at checkout, unless stated otherwise

3. How to Order

1. Add the products to your cart and click “Cart”
2. If you have a discount code, now is the best time to use it
3. Make sure the discount is applied, then click “Checkout”
4. Fill in the necessary info and choose your delivery method:
   – We only need your phone number for delivery updates
   – Email is needed to send your invoice and confirmation
   – All other details are optional and not verified
5. Confirm and pay via our secure payment gateway
6. You’ll receive a confirmation email (check your spam folder just in case)
7. Check your invoice — the status must be “Paid”. If payment fails, we will not process or ship your order

Important: The order is only valid after the payment has been received.

4. Payment Methods

We accept full prepayment via Estonian bank links or by invoice.
Payments are secure – we don’t see your card details, and no one sees what you ordered.

5. Delivery

• We deliver within Estonia and the European Union
• Orders are shipped within 5 business days
• Custom-made products may take up to 45 days
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout

6. Returns and Exchanges

• You have the right to return your order within 14 days
• To return a product, email us at: medianova2@mail.ee
• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and complete
• Each item is sealed with a hygienic sticker. If the sticker is intact and unopened, the product can be returned
• Opened intimate products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days if the product is unused
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty

7. Problems or Complaints

• Report any defect or issue within 2 months

• We will repair, replace, or refund, depending on the situation

8. Privacy

• We only use your data to fulfill your order
• You will only receive newsletters if you’ve agreed to them
• Your data is never shared with third parties
