Where do we ship?
We deliver orders across Estonia and all EU countries.

Delivery time
Orders placed on business days before 15:00 are shipped the same day.
Domestic delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.
International delivery may take up to 10 business days.
Custom orders or items with a waiting period are dispatched within 5–45 days.

Shipping methods
At checkout, you can choose your preferred delivery method:

• Itella SmartPOST parcel terminal
• Pick up in person (Narva mnt 9, Tallinn) – please wait for the SMS notification before coming

Shipping cost
Shipping cost depends on your location and selected delivery method. The exact cost is shown at checkout before payment.

Discreet packaging
All shipments are packed in neutral boxes or bags – no logos, no hints about the contents.

What does the courier or shipping company know about your order?

We only share the necessary information with delivery partners: your name, phone number, and address.

The contents of your order are never disclosed, and all parcels are pre-packed in neutral packaging before handing them over.

Packages are sent under a very neutral company name – nothing related to sex, eroticism, or love appears anywhere.

No couriers enter our shop or warehouse – we deliver all parcels directly to the logistics point of the shipping partner, already sealed and discreetly packed.
