Care

After training, wash the balls with warm water and mild antibacterial soap or a special toy cleaner. Dry thoroughly and store in a clean, dry place away from other toys. For comfortable insertion, use a water-based lubricant.

How to train

Clean the balls and apply a small amount of water-based lubricant.

Insert them into the vagina, leaving the retrieval cord outside.

Start with 10–15 minutes a day while doing everyday activities.

As your muscles strengthen, extend sessions up to 30 minutes and practice contracting and relaxing the muscles.

Train 3–4 times a week; first results usually appear after a couple of weeks.

After training, remove and clean the balls.
